Looking ahead to the Weekend..,Grand Reopening of our Parish Library and the start of Religious Education

GRAND OPENING!

Our newly renovated Parish Library will officially open after Masses beginning on the weekend of September 7. Our library is located in the rear of the school cafeteria. You may borrow books, DVDs or CDs. Just sign out what you are borrowing and return it in a timely fashion when you are finished so that others may have access to our treasures. If you cannot make it to the cafeteria, there will be a list of our books on the parish website and in the back of the church. We hope that you make good use of the library to grow in your knowledge and love of our faith. Also, all donations of books, etc., are always gratefully accepted! For questions or comments, contact Sue Varholy at 854-6653

Religious Education Classes begin!!!

Religious Education begins for all students on Sunday, September 7 at 9:15 a.m. Students are to report to the school and all parents are to report to Brenner Hall for an important informational meeting. If you have not yet registered, please do so as soon as possible. Registration forms are available in the back of church and on the parish website. Any questions, contact Sue Varholy (854-6653) (svarholy@stpatrickyork.net).

Finally...ever wonder what the property around St. Pat's looked like from the sky in the 1950's.  Here it is!  Notice St. Patrick Church was surrounded by the old Hannah Penn.  Just a little bit of history.
