“Let us work for Heaven: all the rest is nothing.”

Homily for the Seventh Sunday of Easter 2017.

You and I get a taste of Heaven at every Mass.  All of Heaven becomes present on the altar.  Jesus never comes alone.  Jesus unites us here on earth with Heaven.

Love must reach down and touch us.  It must embrace us and hold us.  We need to surrender ourselves to feel this love, but it is always present to us at Mass.
